About Sandy Creek Properties!

Will Klose - Sandy Creek PropertiesSimply put, it is the goal of Sandy Creek Properties to develop and manage high-quality residential, office and retail properties in the North Texas region. Our first development project, the new Villages at Greathouse Estates luxury town home subdivision located in Decatur Texas, reflects that trend-setting mind set by providing first-class, low-maintenance living—the first of its kind in the area. Homes are currently available for purchase, but only a few are left.

Please also take a look at our new residential development now under construction in historic Weatherford, Texas:  Heritage Pointe.  We have taken the extremely successful concept utilized at Greathouse and duplicated this at Heritage Pointe, where (together with Brazier Construction) we will be building more than 78 single-family town homes followed by more than 80 single-family patio homes in a later phase. The project’s location at the corner of Denton and Front Streets is ideal for local residents—with a hilltop view of the courthouse and easy access to area shopping, dining and medical establishments.  Call us or visit our on-site model home (coming soon!) to see which one of our market-tested floor plans will best suit your needs.

As we continue to grow, we continue to look at additional development and investment opportunities. Let us know how we might assist you in making your development dream come true.
