We provide and allow a plethora of options and design choices for all of our town home buyers.  If purchasing prior to construction, our buyers will get to choose their favorite outside brick/rock color as well as a large number of interior finish out choices, including flooring type, cabinet colors, countertop type and colors, and much more.  We have constructed homes using a wide range of finish out levels from our standard product offering to a highly customized home.  We have even made floor plan changes where we can do so to best accommodate the need of our buyers.  Please be sure to ask us if you have a special request for your town home, and we will do whatever we can do to make your dreams come true.
 

NEIGHBORHOOD

The Villages at Greathouse Estates neighborhood includes more than four acres of common area, on which is located a park and playground for the exclusive use of Greathouse residents and their guests.
